Truffle degustation menu
I give this place 9/10!!!

I didn't use any special effect on the following photos!

Angel hair
When you take a spoonful of the pasta, truffle shavings & sea urchin altogther, the strong unique taste of each ingredient do not go against each other. Instead, the mix is very pleasant & tasty!!!

I like bread served warm & soft.
It's tasty on its own =)

Scallop with chef's concoction of cream sauce.
I actually scoop till the last drop & "clean" up the plate with the bread. LOL!

Beef carpaccio
Inner circle is cold & more raw but with the truffle oil & some special seasoning makes it palatable! YUMs!

Risotto
Lobster bisque sauce smells heavenly!

Main course highly recommended by the waiter.
The meat is cripsy on the outside but soft & tender on the inside. I was very skeptical about the meat initially & had wanted to replace with a fish dish but I'm so glad that I didn't!

Truffle ice cream!
It's my 1st time eating this flavour. Trust me it's damn good!

I highly recommend this menu! If you don't like it I can't think of anywhere off hand now that serve delicious & better Italian! It's not easy on the wallet but definitely worth trying at least once!
