Porcelain glasses will be better. But I guess this is just as good?

Hated it. Smells bad. It's either totally dig it or dislike it.

Waygu beef with foie gras dressing

It's my favourite dish so far.
The beef isn't overcooked. Just nice. Medium rare.

I have yet to find a place with miso soup that I love. Sushi here is not bad. Maybe I will give 70% of Matsuo?
