Eat healthy?

Besides enjoying my reds, I'm a fan of tea too.
Tea art takes alot more patience and that's the reason why I'm still clueless about it...
I had wanted to eat "healthy" like salad each time after hot yoga but bf never failed to tempt me into sinful meals!
