@ VivoCityMom's favourite dim sum place 20yrs back...
It used to be at TPY, but now being taken over by another restuarant...
We heard that it's the same boss nevertheless...
Personally, I thought the food here tasted better!
I'm not very fasinated by the exotic dishes.
Love my dim sum original/ traditional...

This place used to be my favourite cold soba place...
Till I realised the Japanese guy who does the soba is gone, & being replaced by another nationality. Forunately the taste of its signature dish didn't differ too much...

The whole staff team are non Japanese/Singaporean. They should have told us what's not available for the day & not wait till when we are ready to order.

Honestly, even the service of the manager sucks. We waited almost 45min for our desserts & asked 3 different staff to follow up. Each of them kept saying 5-10min & MIA. We were tired of waiting & had to cancel our desserts eventually. It took them less than 10min to serve our main & 45min (& counting) to serve desserts?

Perhaps they are better off just selling soba & remove the dessert list...

By the way, who says most Singaporean don't have great service attitude? I think it's so unfair! Really!
