Dar wants me to make him homecook food.
That's when I start to pull out all my hair, again!
Aaron, Tommy & Jocelyn tried to help with the brain storming.
I do really appreciate their efforts.
The thing is,
all the tasty dishes that they have suggested,
are toooooooooooo difficult for me...!
Arghhhh
I took a few days to finalise what to prepare.
In the end,
I got extremely fedup.
I just went to the super market to pick up whatever I think I can manage.

Honestly?
It turned out to be disastrous!
Please follow a recipe next time!!!
LOL...
It was soso....
Probably the best dish for the night.
Bad huh?
Bad huh?
We wasn't too sure it was cooked after tasting a few times.
I have never tried cooking this vegetables before.
I like it cos it always tasted crunchy & refreshing.
It turned out too be a bit, err...
Too greasy...
Ops!
Dar wanted soup to go with his rice.
I don't have the luxury of a few hours to make a good soup.
Seafood tom yum is one of the easiest soup to accomplish within an hour.
I had wanted to make sambal prawns & tomato egg,
but I thought it was already more than enough dishes for two.
So, I'm keeping the 2 dishes for the next round.
Who can teach me how to make simple & yet delicious dishes?
