I lost my cool when talking to B just now....

Think about it now, it was really silly!

We fought over some really "wrong" arrangements & mis-communication...

I tend to shut people off when I'm mad & hang up calls.

I know it's very mean of me but I can't help myself.

I rather hide in my shell till I'm ready to listen to explainations, cos' I know i'll say/do things I don't mean it, & they hurt.

Thank God for Bro. Ong, whom sat beside me to hear me whine & grumble for almost 2hrs.
