I'm breaking into halves soon. Martial arts seemed easy/ simple, but trust me it's NOT. I had a difficult time doing all the basic steps properly. It's both mentally and physically straining. I will count myself lucky to have really patient teachers. So far, I had 3 fantastic dedicated coaches spending time teaching me in the midst of their busy schedules. My 1st/2nd coach was shocked when he heard that I had only a week left and at the rate i'm learning, I need super crash course. This is when my 3rd coach came in.

I had 2hrs of coaching at Mediacorp studio this afternoon. By the time I got home, I'm kinda handicapped. All my muscles are protesting. I look faint I guessed. Mum refused to let me go shopping with Ying. She sat with me at the dinning hall and living room, to ensure I eat and rest well. It's alright since i'm obviously exhausted.

Since I've got nothing better to do, let me share what i shared during my interview last night.
My nanny/ baby sitters think I look like a china doll when I was young, thus they purposely placed me together with dolls while taking photos. Looking at baby fats around my cheeks, am I adorable? Haha!
I'm can't remember how old I was when I took this picture, there isn't any date on the photo. If I'm not wrong, this is taken on my birthday. I look curious here. Wonder why kids like to put everything into their mouths?
Both my nanny and baby sitter themselves and family can sew very well. I grew up watching them drafting patterns, cutting fabrics and sewing clothes. I've always been interested in what they are doing. The japanese kimono is hand made by one the jiejie. Carrying me is Uncle Ng, who I really missed. He passed away when I was 12 due to lung cancer. He always takes me out to play and treats me like one of his own. I'm actually closer to him than my dad at that point of time cos' my parents are busy working.
I stayed with my aunt instead of my immediately family till I was 13yrs. She's a full time baby sitter. So I'm constantly surrounded with babies and/or kids which explains why I love kids. Bobby is one of my play mates. We grew up together. He's a naughty fellow, who steals away my 1st kiss! LOL! But that was almost 20 yrs ago? So, who cares? Haha!
Someone saw my baby photos collection yesterday and commented that I still have this laugher found in the photo. I'm starting to be more & more like a tom-boy after K2. Perhaps my neighbour kids are all guys? So I tend to be like them? If you've realised, I'm always tanned and look like malay. Growing up, people always assumed I'm malay or I've got mixed blood. But my parents are pure chinese. So, maybe it's true that I'm collected from the garbage. =PIn any case, I'm stopping here. I shall update more about myself when I'm free. It's time to take a break from staring at the computer.
Loves,
Minnie-
