I DON'T WANT Tin Pei Ling as my MP! There are many good MPs and ministers around. Tell me why am I paying to someone who can't answer properly at interviews? If her excuse is I'm young and inexperience then please try again next time! I'm so sad for our senior minister Mr. Goh. I've or rather most of us have respected him for decades. And if NSP do take over marine parade GRC, i think it's not cos we don't like him but due to TPL. I have no idea why she's even a candidate. We were asked to scrutinized opposition party, then why PAP didn't check on TPL? Maybe I'm bias but I seriously doubt she can do anything for us. When posted with a question under media stress, her natural reaction is I-don't-know-what-to-say and stamp her feet? What if one day in the next 5 years she's asked to make a decision or recommendation for US? My heart sank watching her rally on YouTube. My heartfelt condolences that she's gonna drag U down. As for Aljunied voters... Mr. Yeo and team has been good and I do respect him. But, consider the whole election as a whole. If NSP and WP do win the wards, they are only replacing 5seats. It might be something for us for the next 5years. I don't buy threats. My motto all these years... 'If we never try, we'll never know'. Of cos', we must have calculated risks and not just follow ya hearts. 1 has proved that it's disappointing and others, seems a little uncertain. Will u let SG be in auto-pilot state or give others a chance to change for the better? I am, like you. I can't make up my mind, yet. I just don't want SG to feel so distant from reality. We are a multi racial society, yes. But do we need 6.5million and still counting, people on this tiny island? What happened to all the strict rules before granting citizenship? I hate traffic jam and human jam during rush hour. I will not want foreigners to take away what's rightfully mine. They don't appreciate and treasure this place like their home. SG can buy people but not their hearts. I will not give birth to a child knowing he/she is going to be underpaid cos' the job market will be spoiled by foreign workers and my kids will not be able to afford a place of their own without paying off debts off their asses! I'm really not sure what and which direction SG is heading. I pray whatever the results on 7th May 2011 may be. God is with us. I hope I will wake up Saturday morning knowing what I'm supposed to do. We are one nation. We should love the place we are in. Hopefully come what may will be the best, if not better for us. Lastly, I wish that if aljunied is indeed young to be ruled by WP, they will be treated fairly and be given opportunities to serve the ward. Don't want people here to be collateral damage to one's personal agenda. We just want to have a bright future. Isn't it our ultimate goal? Be it who's doing what and be given credit to?
