DNA Mayday

180410
National Stadium
It's gonna be the last concert there before they shut off the space...
a.k.a
My/our 1st and last.
Rain or shine event, good crowd good music & FIREWORKS!
How can I not buy their good marketing concept?
Even tho I might not know their songs but
B & I thought it will be a good experience anyhow!
Seriously, we weren't disappointed at all!!!
It was totally awesome...

I was totally entertained by the Chinese band despite being traumatised by someone dropping ice cream on my back & legs (while queining to get into the stadium) + mud soaked designer shoes. All well, sorry DD I threw my temper at you. I was silly to have wore a dress that needs to be dry clean. I though the venue was changed from Padang to indoor stadium! Moral of story, check & double check where you are heading to before dolling up.

Here's us.
Haven't posted photos of us together for a long while...

I heard that after the management decided to switch the venue,
more people can buy tickets at the door to catch Mayday.
Some go as low as $40 only!
My photos didn't justify the event tho.
Forgot to bring my camera out, all pictures were taken by my IPhone.

At the finale, there were lotsa grafitti flying in the sky, accompanied by a 5 minute fireworks. I was in awe at the scene. It felt so damn romantic and breathtaking. I can literally felt my heart stop beating at the sight. It was indescribable and unexplainable. For those who have caught DNA Mayday, maybe you can share your thoughts with me!

Their fans screamed and shouted for encore for a good 10minutes (or might be even longer) after all the bombastic effects... I don't think they will come out again so B & I decided to go. I have to get some beauty rest for SA 2010 Show 1... On top of that I was feeling very uncomfortable to have my feet soaked in wet and slippery mud for hours. The concert started at around 8pm and ended around 12midnight? I had to clean up my feet (with bottles of mineral water & wet tissue) before stepping into the car and throw away my shoes... Oh well, sometimes we have to lose something in order to gain. Lotsa sentiments...
