Aero VS Auto

During morning meeting, we were told it's somekind of charity event

This is how I'll look like 8am in the morning after I partied the whole night & not have any beauty zzz! I didn't dare to zzz cos' Mich was still partying at Zouk after our crazy session & Adri sms me at 5.10am to wake her up at 7.30am!

Before I start the long story about my KL trip...
I must share the new members to my makeup collection! Little shopping I did under 10min at KL International airport on the way home! I couldn't get color code Dragon during CNY cos' SG ran out of stock. I got myself the nail polish and lip cream for Mom...

Seletar Airport
Michelle asked if I wanted to have breakfast at Jalan Kayu before our flight. Obviously, I didn't make it in time. I was kinda retarded in everything I was doing. My brains weren't functioning very well after all the drama-mama. My body was 100% running on alcohol. After my shower & last minute packing, it was already 8.40am. We are supposed to "check-in" at 9.15am... At 9am I called Mich, then I found out CK forgot to bring his passport. So I waited at home, chewing on bread & stared into the blank space for a good 10minutes before calling a cab.

I was the 1st to get ushered to our planes & took off. Then, was introduced to my pilot, Siva, the videographer, Adrian & another sweet lady, Jane.

They were very nice to help me load my bags up the back seats.
Siva wanted me to try flying the plane (co-pilot seat).
Which means I have to get myself out of the short mini dress I was wearing. Thank God I packed extra tee & shorts!

The coolest ground crew I have met! They were so careful to double, triple check everything was alright before we took off.

Looking at the front seats,
now you know why I needed to change?

Getting ready to fly.
I was told I'm on one of the latest aircraft model!

Check out the complicated switches!!

I'm so impressed by Siva. No matter how experienced he is, he will still run through the checklist. I will never remember what to turn on & off I guess...

Last few pictures before I say byebye to SG! I was really excited about the trip. I wonder who will I meet from this? Did I mention the winds were so strong that my hair was is a HUGE mess?

JB Airport

We reached JB in 15minutes. Fast right?
I was asked to change to another aircraft which will take me to KL.
I had a crash course on how to manoeuvre the gear & step pads.
I think I'm a qualified co-pilot already!

While waiting for the pilots to debrief & get ready,
Jane & I bonded immediately.

Reason was simple...
We both love to cam-whore!
+ I'm always talkative?

2nd aircraft ran out of air con gas.
So I was told I had to bear with the heat for about 2 hours.
Oh well... there's nothing much I can do right?

I just prayed my makeup won't melt... LOL!

Up on the air.
On the 2nd craft (I won't want to mention names), I was so irritated. The pilot & co-pilot were bickering on flight and they couldn't co-ordinate with the rest of the pilots while performing respective formations. I was kinda traumatised! There was no aircon, I was already suffocating + all the noises they made over the earphones... OMG... Seriously, I was dehydrated from hours under the sorching sun + lack of zzz from the previous night! To make things worse, instead of flying to KL finally (after the sunts) we had to head back to JB cos' a joker didn't check the fuel level. I think no sane person can continue with the shit. I rang my boss immediately to complain & demanded someone to tell me what the F is going on. Looking back, I think I scare my boss. He was clueless too. Hahahaha! Anyways...
.
I was blessed that some kind soul decided to put me back with Siva so I can have a smooth & comfortable ride to KL from JB airport. I must praise myself for being smart cos' from the start of the journey I actually brought a bottle of water along. Without that, I think I would have probably ended up dead in foreign land.

Landing at KL airport belatedly! Thank God I didn't explode!!!
Siva was so nice to help cover my exposed thighs with files & paper so I don't get burn any further. I managed to get a half an hour nap while he took control of the flight.

KL
Can you imagine that the whole journey from Seletar airport to KL airport took 6 freaking hours? I was not briefed about the whole process. I'm not sure should I count myself lucky or super unlucky that I get to sit through the whole process where the aircrafts did stunts and formation. The rest of my team had a direct flight. Upon reaching KL, I called my boss to tell him I'm not staying on and nicely informed the organizer I need to get back home. Next, I got my friend to get me on a commercial flight home at 6.30pm. I was not feeling well + super pissed with how things went. My colleagues couldn't stop laughing at me cos' I was at the verge of becoming voiceless & I kept complaining about my experience. Another idiot rubbed in by saying even rich taitai who took private plane around will stop by the country for a few hours. My whole day was wasted flying. Just like that!

I missed out staying overnight at KL and all the possilibities of ''fun" the rest of the team had.
Oh well, on 2nd thought I should have stayed on cos' coming back to SG led to a whole array of quarrels and fights with B. Nevertheless, I "stole" some photos for your viewing purposes...

I don't know why no one posted post-event party photos.
Was it too hot? Or everyone else was too engrossed celebrating?
*Honestly, I don't care. I just want to finish up on the event.
HA! I just hope next time when I'm off to elsewhere I'll skip the tan!

It should be a weekend use to clear some air & make some tactful decision. I was ultimately being brainwashed & decided I can never belong to anyone. I can have everything in life but relationship.
It's a curse.
