Duplicity

Clive Owen & Julia Roberts? They are a lovely couple who shared a great chemistry on screen. When you see 2 beautiful people around, it's just hard not to be "deceived" by their sexy & appealing faces & overlook their real acting skills. They are good actors, of course. Not just blessed with good looks and made famous due to "packaging". Julia, Oscar winner needs no introduction. Clive, OMG... He's sooo hot! I never thought British accent sounded so sexy before.

Oh yah, before I go on with the review. I must stand up for myself! Mr. B is always tied up with after work activities or can't make it for the movie premiere I've been attending (as he works till 8pm) so I got friends to watch earlier shows with me. He's on MC for a week, thus free to catch the show with me today. When I was collecting the tickets at Omy booth earlier. The lady said I look different (that's cos' I chop off my hair). We went throught the standard procedures of checking my ID, vet the email print out & taking a photo. B made a joke to her by saying have I been bringing a different boy friend. He's so irritating! He knew I always extend the invitation to him 1st & yet he accuses me of trying to be funny! Who's the naughty one?! Aiyoooooo! Anyhow...

This movie review is pretty tough. If I were to mention any part of the movie. It's gonna blow the whole story. I have decided to keep it simple by... telling you guys to go watch!!! I give it 3.75 out of 5 popcorns. It wasn't as funny as I expected. The highlights are all in the trailer, again. 2 intelligent, gorgeous spies working their way up to earn as much as possible as a perfect team to steal classified information. How the couple ended up was predictable but not exactly with the storyline. Lies, uncertainties in life + trust issues kept the bond between the handsome couple. I must admit it's very exciting when you have no idea what's on the other party's mind. You kept guessing & wanna nail it. Yet, we all get tired of it ultimately. Oh well, movies are just surreal. My life's a drama itself! Hahaha. You have to stay focus as the movie uses lotsa flash-backs. Mr. B was confused at certain parts till I explain the time line to him. Maybe it lacks of adrenaline pumping actions, thus can't get his full attention throughout 2 hours. I have to admit I was more drawn to G.I Joe trailer, which the show is coming up soon! Duplicity official release is going to be on my birthday. (No more movies for me for my birthday week please!) Honestly, parties & upcoming events are the last thing on my mind. All I want the next few days is to zzz 48hours straight! I don't even have the appetite to eat for the past week. I'm still feeling a little feverish & body aches all over. I'm keeping my fingers crossed my immune system don't break down. I hate being sick & needy.

I'm really tired & sleepy. That's all for the review for now. I'll edit (if I think I should) tommorow. Till then... Goodnight & sweet dreams! Drink lotsa water & have adequate zzz. My pimples are popping out due to lack of beauty zz & proper diet. OMG!!! I want to have healthy, perfect & flawless complexion for the rest of my life as my birthday wish this year!
