I spread flu viruses to all, everyone's down w flu/cough/sore throat!

Dez's concerned that all of us will collasped, thus we drove out to get us some antidote!

The stall that he wanted to buy from has closed down years ago...
We made do with this chinese medical hall.

The supposedly cure for everything!
Each costed 8bucks + the 6 bucks fine i got for parking..
1 bottle= 9bucks!!!

These are so needed after gulping down the nasty liquid

Golden Mile Hawker Centre

Dinner

Elliot mixed 3/4 light beer & 1/4 dark beer in a mug for me, it tasted quite good!

We park our cars at Golden Mile
& took at 20min walk to the stadium to avoid human/traffic jam...

I don't know why Mr. B & I decided to wear Chelsea jersery to the game.
We meant no harm! + I'm a liverpool supporter!
We had no peace from Q-ing into the stadium till end of the match.
We got "boo" & and stared at by liverpool die-hard fans.
Thank goodness we can out of the stadium in 1 piece.
I heard that there was a Man U fan who got escorted out by cisco polic twice!

1st half of the game was SO boring!
I kept on wondering why we never sing national anthem?

Only towards the last 15minutes of the match the game became exciting...
The star players from both teams got replaced in, so does the goal keepers...

We won back the ticket price by betting 5 total goals.

A big group of us went for supper and beer before heading home.

To celebrate victory & us winning a small fortune.

If weren't for my digital camera, many things won't turn out the way it is today. You had to come pick up my camera & sent it for repair the following day. Subsequently, there's somehow a reason why we see each other daily.

I can vaguely remember how everything were so wrong & somehow turned out so right. Adjustments were made, communication were bridged. You said you tried and there's nothing else you could do.

I might not have accepted you wholeheartedly cos' there are just things I can't turn a blind eye to. Had a quiet time. Sat down looking at my doggies-only if they could understand what I have to say. There are times we overlooked each other's needs, or simply took things for granted. I must admit that I am selfish. I would like to give faith a fighting chance but I really don't have the courage. It's not gonna be any easier when I have had really terrible setbacks. I felt jaded. I had to put stops in between journey points. Past does not determine the future, but it helped shaped us into who we are today. I'm strong cos' I have love. It overwrites everything. Why is it that my love for you can't hide the fact that I can't tag trust & confidence in you? Something is still missing, I have no idea what. I don't want to win a fight, I just want to move on. I have to do this myself. I'm scared.

Since Bibi isn't working already, I quickly give her a buzz!

Here we are, at a OCBC event.

Too bad we reach just in time for the movie,

else we can have some cocktails/ networking at reception area.

I was a little "malu" when I introduce myself to Robin.

*Robin, if you are reading this, here's my explaination!

The miscommunication between busy mother & blur daughter:

Mommy told me that she was invited for the event last week, she told me her RM is sending tickets to for us to watch Harry Potter.

All this while I thought it's one of her stock brokers who's giving her the tickets cos' I didn't bother to find out the details.

When I represented her & register myself at the ticket booth I was confused when they kept asking which company am I from.

After a few awkward moments, then I realised they are asking for my parents' company name. OMFG!

Should I blame Mommy for not updating me or myself for not checking properly?

Harry Potter is interesting to watch, as always, if you like magical stories.

This film was a little let-down due to the ending.

Then again, we all know there are going to be a few more movie to complete the story.

Due to my busy schedules, i'm down with cold + cough, & in turn, leaving me breatheless.

Lack of beauty zzz & proper meals really make my condition worse.

I hope all the medication I'm taking will help prevent my asthma attacks.

I saw on news that #U will be broadcasting the event @ 8am, since SG will not experience eclipse. It's not often that we can see the event. So remember to catch it on TV!

2 days 1 night vacation

The journey begins...

on our way to Changi Village Hotel.

Our very 1st experience staying in a hotel in SG!

Dar wanted a retreat so I book the place (near where he stay) for the weekends.

It's a 4 star hotel but seriously, I wasn't impressed in any way at this point...

I like e bath room concept tho.

After unpacking out stuff,

we scout around the hotel facilities before we embark on our planned activities for the afternoon...

Dar went to the gym while I read some fashion magazines by the pool at level 8.

He met a friend there & was excited to fill me in with the details.

I teased him by saying, "did you ask if he has companion?"...
*suggestive statement!

We had some cocktails (singapore sling for him & pina colada for me) & salad

when he's done w his gym & swim.

We spend the rest of the evening at the hotel's spa retrest till 8ish pm.

$450 for 2.5hrs of relaxation for 2 includes:

a quick shower + lavender steambath, foot soak, dry brush, detox wrap, bath & 1.5 hours of massage.

We were served ginger tea before & after our spa.

+ we had our blood pressure & temperature tested before the treatments.

It was quite enjoyable knowing we are well taken care of.
It was super shiok...!

If I had xtra time I would consider getting my manicures done too!!!

We made reservations for bbq & buffet dinner before we head for spa services.

The BBQ/ teppanyaki food were delicious.

So does the affordable australian reds we had...

I brought my own reds from home too!

Day 2

Swimming pool at ground floor, outside the restuarant where we had dinner.

We had plans to have dinner by the pool last night but it was raining.

I came down to take a look at the place early in the morning...

Fact is, those were water vapour condensation. Hate it!

Dar ordered my favourite breakfast while I was still in bed.

It was served when I met him at the pool after his swim.

I went for a dip at the jacuzzi (facing the beach) too.

I was feeling a little feverish...

I think I must have caught a cold...!!!

After a heavy breakfast, we continue checking out the rest of the facilities within the hotel.

Given a choice, I would have rather pay more for other more established hotel.

Dar enjoyed his stay at this hotel when it just started operating 4-5years ago.

Too bad the hotel wasn't well maintained after some time.

I hope Dar love the surprise anyways.

We checked out at 1pm and bid farewell to CVH...

I spent the rest of the day doing my nails at Parkway Parade while Dar have coffee with his friend at Dome.

It was such a lovely weekends gateaway!

I'm loving it! Definitely going to plan more stays over the weekends in months to come.

Or probably to Batam, Bali, Thailand or nearby prretty resorts!

I want a romantic time out @ a quiet beach resort...

I would much prefer to call it our chalet...

Kinda run down but very value for money if you are on a budget.

If you usually take 15min to bathe, you will probably need 30min to shower.
The water is really little, almost like a drizzle!

We had lunch at this Hong Kong restuarant.
The food were super yummy.
I had lots of dim sum tho. I wasn't really hungry.

They have this really silly pathway which we had to carry umbrellas to cross the walk.
