Boxing Day '09

261209
New York New York
Parkway Parade

After a long while, we met again!
All my darlings, I so miss you guys!!!

What was I focusing on?

Or what is Ms Tang talking about?

Before our meals...
can you spot me?

Some of our dishes...

Getting everyone to put their presents together...

Gavie wants to be part of the presents too...

Taking a photo before all the presents are gone...

Group photos (by gender)...

Gift exchanging...

Borg got a gift from Mable, & I got mine from Claudia...

Feeling happy with what I have gotten!

This is where we dine...

1 more photo before some of them left for Jay's girlfriend's birthday...
---
@ Kbox Downtown East

With the sweeties...

Hey girl, why do you always imitate my ugly expressions?

All the beauties unite!

Some sing karaoke...

Some were busying taking photos...

And some are busy playing dice...

But most importantly...

We are all being entertained & am happy in whatever we are doing...

Towards the end of the night...
I'm all red cos' of a little too much beer...
+
My lower half was drenched in beer cos JianFeng accidentally knocked down a jug of beer at me while playing dice game. The guys must be having real fun that's why JF got so agitated?
I had to let my pair of steve madden go cos it's pure leather.

I tried washing under running water & left it under the sun but it doesn't help much. Anyways, I was totally cool with it =) Just make sure next time I steer away from people drinking beer & playing serious games! Hahhahahahah!

My dear was nice & kind enough to offer sending the little ones home...
& he always laughed at the 2 of them.

Tho. he can't recognise who is who by their faces but he can tell by their character in their voices...

Movie Day

271209
ION shopping centre

DD brought me back to the to boutique to see if I want to exchange the bangle he got for me for something else. I thought it was very pretty, just that I have small & thin wrist & most bangle are too big for me. I love the bangles that Tiifany's has but they mostly come in medium size so every Christmas I didn't get anything new bangles there.

The swarvaski bangle I have in my hand is the only piece they had after B bought it. I decided not to exchange for anything else cos' it's quite unique. I can match it with most of my wardrobe and the crystals came with 2 years warranty. I don't have to worry that i'm too rough for delicate jewelry. I'm thinking of getting some matching earrings and/or rings too.

What do you think?

@ Plaza Singapura.
After a quick shopping & dinner,
we moved on to PS to catch Avatar 3D. The movie was great & excruciating long. It was painful to wear the ill fitting glasses for 3 hours despite the fantastic effects. Maybe there should be an alternative to the glass, soon.

Christmas Day

Getting ready to go Qi's place for Christmas lunch.

I have wanted to wait for Boxing day before I open & see what B gave me but I couldn't wait!

@ Blossomvale

My baby girl can walk already!

She's so camera shy...

Feeling serene & christmas-ey?

@ Upper Changi Road

Seafood dinner with B's Grandma...

That's pretty much for a Christmas.
It's just a little weird not attending Christmas service at home church...

Silent (NOT) Night

@ Sim's family

They were very patient to wait for us for gift exchange,
we draw lots to see who gets what.

No. 5 brought me the biggest present under the Christmas tree!

It must be something good cos' everyone is very excited that I got it!

It's 2 bottles of beer & a huge beer glass!
No wonder it's heavy!

B got a set of underwear from Eunice,
I was wondering what will happen if a girl get her gift?

I think be it we are adult or kid, we love having presents!

& Christmas tree, nevertheless!

Start of drinking game...

I don't know the name of the game, but basically, it's either we get to drink; sabotage someone to drink, set a rule throughout the game; start a rhyme (whoever can't continue loses), do some funny actions; or name a category.

Ultimately, someone has to drink the whatever alcohol mix on the floor.

A few guys got really red.
Too much alcohol huh?

@ Gui's place
Somehow this year's home parties all revolves around my area,
which is great cos' we save time & cab fare!
Remember, drink don't drive.
Or don't even drive out for drinks!

The 1st thing we do when we reach was gift exchange.

& me?
Busying taking photos, what's new?

Some play computer games, some play pool, some chit chat, some gambling...
No one is really drinking...

I heard it's a practise that every gift exchange every step will be documented.
Like a picture before opening the gift, 1 after & then a group shot for those who got similar gifts.

I got wine from Jackie, & Eileen got my wine.

Here's a shot showing wine is a good & popular gift exchange item!

This cookie house is yummy.
It collapses withing minutes....

Last shot before we go downstairs for smoke break & popping champagne!
---

By the time B & I left Gui's place, it's approaching 3am.
I was too tired to move on to Pasir Ris chalet.

I'm a motion baby, I can't not do something for a period of time esp. if I were in home settings. Tho. my whole evening I did nothing strenous, I felt tremendously exhausted...

So I went home while B went to meet the rest...
By the time I get ready to sleep, it's already 5am.

This is definitely not a silent night!
Merry Christmas everyone.

xoxo
